Although the item was damaged I received it before the delivery date. As soon as I was able l messaged the seller who responded immediately with not only an apology but a full refund was issued immediately. I will definitely use this seller again as sincerity and professionalism makes what could have been a difficult situation so much easier. The item was exactly as described and I don’t believe the damage was in anyway the fault of the seller.
